They will also present a detailed implementation plan including a timeline and communication plan. They will also share the benefits experienced by residents, staff and family. The positive impact on the budget and morale of the facility will also be discussed. The clinical outcomes experienced as a direct result of the Modified Meal Plan and the results of the most recent Resident Satisfaction surveys will be outlined.
