An important part of the transformation which elder communities must undergo in order to realize culture change is communication. Not just communication within the organization, but with other homes in similar situations and with similar hopes, visions and goals. This open sharing of ideas and experiences is crucial, as it helps people engaged in the often-frustrating process of culture change see that they are not alone. Others have made similar journeys before them, and even more are just beginning, or still struggling along the road. Here, we share the experiences of others, and invite you to share your own.
